You know Tampa Bay sometimes teams actually make draft picks and don't use their whole draft window trying to acquire the entire 4th round.

..and sometimes a team was awful last year so aquiring more picks fills the need to grab as much talent as possible to plug holes, McFuck.

Don't use that excuse. I offered you a deal involving picks that werent in the 4 rounds and you said "what's the point?" without even looking at actual value.

The Chargers are in good position at #49...unless someone sweeps them off their feet with an can't-be-turned-down offer.

The famed "quantity over quality" approach.

Works every time.

In a deep draft, when you have a team that needs a major talent influx.. yes, it works quite well sometimes. Two picks in the first round and two picks in the early to mid second round can certainly fill some holes pretty quickly in a deep draft at positions of need for your team.

I realize in real life the teams use their window to make sure they can work out a trade and get the best value possible.

But in a fan mock, where people are sneaking away 30 minutes at a time away from their work and family, for a GM that is actually here to take that long every time, not really cool.

Just my opinion. We all like working out trades and getting all of the players we want but not at the detriment of constantly bogging down the draft.

Tell that to the people who sign up and then don't even bother to show up at all while the rest of us wait an hour and then have to take another half hour to decide what the pick should be. I got 4 hours sleep just to wake up and make the picks when my turn came up. If im working on a trade, that's different. My bad though, next round i'll just draft a kicker and be done with it.
