:bluestarbowsmilie:Amani toomer on Lewis:
"It's definitely all about him. Once a guy goes to the center of the field, goes into the victory formation on the last play of his last home game … I just don't think the Giants or any organization I've ever been a part of, even growing up, would allow somebody to single themselves out like that.
"If you single yourself out after you make a play, that's one thing. But to walk out on the field reminds me of the WWE, like The Rock coming out. You're becoming a caricature of yourself. It's exhausting. I don't know why somebody would want that."
There's more! Toomer took shots at Lewis's tendency to cloak himself in religion any time someone brings up things like PEDs, or a murder trial, or unpaid child support.
"If you want to say you're Mr. Religious and all of that, have a clean record. Don't say all of that stuff if you know there's stuff that might come back," Toomer said. "Those are the things that, when I look at him, I just think hypocrisy."
I'm getting amped for Sunday. Should be a great game. Both teams have been entertaining this postseason and it's a great excuse to grill and drink.
Torn between not wanting to see a second team get a 6th Lombardi and seeing Ray Lewis and/or Ed Reed scorched by Vernon Davis.
I'm fairly certain I'm taking the Ravens plus 3.5, but I don't want the Ravens to win.
So, if I could script the ending, it would be the Ravens taking a late lead, like 21-20. Less than two minutes left.
Kappernick trying to get them in field goal range. Gets to mid-field with about 40 seconds left.
Flacco dumps the ball off to Frank Gore on a short route just over the middle. Ray Lewis has a chance to make a tackle... but.... gets..... TRUCKED.
Gore gets the 9'ers in field goal range.
Akers nails the field goal to win 23-21.

Not really excited about this game. I'm in "let's get this over with already" mode.
