yet another game with absolutely no defense whatsoever...every game last weekend was the same as this one too

the NFL is turning into a total garbage product...props Goodell

I agree.

That's why, for the past couple of years, I've been saying that Jerry should fix the offense first. You can win in this league with a strong offense.

You aren't going to win breaking the bank and using your top draft picks on DBs ....

Goodell has ruined the game IMO.

Rules are just too slanted towards the offense now, and he's responsible for the vast majority of it. In addition to the ticky tack way defensive penalties are enforced, offensive penalties almost never are unless its so obvious they just have no choice but to call it.

Its like a video game or Arena League now and IMO, thats garbage football.

Well football is catered to the casual viewer not the hard core football fan. It’s the basketball type fan that has to see constant scoring to stay interested.

That's why I prefer college football these days, dbair. It is a better game. The SEC is good, ole traditional football.

Goodell works for the owners.

He is not making any changes, he is the face of them.

Offense equals ratings.

Ratings equals advertising dollars.

Advertising dollars equals money for owners,

keeps interest in cottage industry of fantasy football.

U don't go after uncle junior when tony sporano takes your garbage route.

Not even through the 3rd qtr...almost 600 yds of offense, 45 pts, 5 drives of at least 80 yards for touchdowns

Its really fucking pathetic

A hundred times I've wanted Akers to miss a field goal when he was with the Eagles.

Never did.

Well, I wanted him to that time. He finally came through for me.

Must be nice to have a D to let an opponent's O jump out to 24 points and then hold the scoring stagnant, allowing their O to catch up.
