It seems like it's been a fairly common occurance for a #1 seed to lose in the divisional round of the playoffs.

We did it in 2007. Giants did it in 2008. Broncos this year. And I know I'm forgetting some....

I'm not enthused either. Denver/Baltimore was the first football game I've watched since I turned ours off in the 4th quarter. I've watched about 5 minutes of this game.

It really sucks that Dallas isn't playing, but we haven't fielded a team that we thought could get to the Super Bowl since 2007 and even then the team screwed it up. This team is a clusterfuck. I forget who said it, but Jerry is holding it hostage.

And the 2007 team was the first one that resembled a contender since 1995. The 1996 team certainly didn't.

How dejected are you if you're a Broncos fan today? You go all season.... just on a roll. Win 11 straight. Get #1 seed. Have a 7 point lead with less than two minutes left. Stadium rocking.

Then arguably the worst play by a safety in the history of the world... and a journeyman goes 70 yards on you. Takes the game to overtime. A HOF generational QB throws a moronic interception.... season over.
