Gut feeling right now, almost 1:00 a.m.

We dont hear shit from Jones tomorrow and maybe not Tuesday either...

I think Garrett gets whacked later this week.

Unless he's sending himself packing as well it probably won't make a difference.

Guess it depends on who it is and what the terms are.

If its somebody like Jimmy Johnson, a great coach and talent evaluator/motivator then Jerry can hang around and do whatever he wants, it wont make a difference. Even Jerry's stupidity couldnt derail Jimmy.

But if he hired another Wade, Barruh, Campo or Gailey, then yeah. He needs to GTFOOTW

not really. if you have superior talent and coordinators, the head coach can be rendered a figurehead.

And what about parity?

You're never going to see a team with the huge talent disparity that we and the 9ers enjoyed in the 90's.

The competitive edge today largely comes down to system and coaching.

LANDOVER, Md. -- Some of the Dallas Cowboys' stars exited FedExField dealing with significant injuries after Sunday night's season-ending loss to the Washington Redskins.

Quarterback Tony Romo said he suffered a cracked rib on his left side, an injury sustained when he was hit by Redskins cornerback Josh Wilson late in the second quarter.

Outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware said he will need to undergo surgeries on his right shoulder and elbow, injuries that have affected Ware for weeks and reduced the perennial Pro Bowler to a part-time player in the season finale.

Receiver Dez Bryant suffered severe lower back spasms that forced him to leave the game in the fourth quarter. Bryant, who was not available to the media after the game, had to be helped into the showers and left the stadium in a wheelchair.

Receiver Miles Austin suffered a high ankle sprain in the second quarter. He attempted to play after halftime but left the game during the opening series of the third quarter.

Hatcher has been worth what we paid him, he isnt great, but he is a solid starter.

Other teams other than just us wanted to sign Free to significant dollars. It wasnt like we were the only team who thought he was ok, and he did play extremely well in 2009 and 2010. Nobody could know he was going to fall apart like this then.

The only thing unwise about the Austin deal may have been the total dollars, but he was a very good player for us and had proven himself to be extremely good on the field.

I listed hatcher as wise

I thought Free was good too. Not sure what happened but we keep fucking ourselves with dead money

Miles Austin is a detriment on the field. At this point he's a stopgap with terrible hands who can't stay healthy. Looking like Patrick crayton 2.0

i don't see how any d coordinator can keep his job after that miserable performance. you have 15 games of film on the read option and we faced it 5 weeks ago. if you can't come up with something, anything to defend that play, you need to pack your shit up and gtfo.
