He was wide open. The ball sailed over his head.
Regarding Claiborne. He's going to have to come up with more than 1 INT a year, because that is his bread and butter. He was never thought of as a Darrelle Revis, shut-down prospect. Playing the ball was supposed to be his game.
just thought I'd dust this off
Remember, teammates let Tony down, not the other way around.
IMO, he starts games off thinking that he needs to be a hero in order to get a win. When shit hits the fan, that's when mistakes start to pile up.
The last int he threw looked the worst, but that was a great design/execution of a play that was called at the perfect time.
But yeah, Romo was bad today. I just wish the team around him was good enough to pick him up when he has a bad game. There's no in between with this team. Romo is either hero or goat, there's no running game to lighten the load, no defense to create a turnover and short field.
You can't win consistently if your QB has to be perfect every week.
"most likely" = guessing
I bet Miles Austin most likely ran the wrong route on that other int.
And then DeMarco Murray most likely ran the wrong route on the last int.
Suck my peen Sheik.
I KNOW we need to revamp the line.
Still... Romo wouuld do well to not throw three retarded interceptions.
Witten was pushed into Romo on the Austin TD so Romo couldn't follow through with his throw.
Romo shouldn't have been sitting in the pocket against the 100th heavy blitz sitting at his height. Garrett should have drawn up some rollouts to get away from that.

Witten was pushed into Romo on the Austin TD so Romo couldn't follow through with his throw. Hence, underthrown.
Romo shouldn't have been sitting in the pocket against the 100th heavy blitz standing at his height. Garrett should have drawn up some rollouts to get him away from that so that he can legitimately scan the whole field.
Does Ogletree fuck up on a lot of his routes or not?
It wouldnt have mattered on the long pick to Austin. Austin was never open. The guy was perfectly covered.
And we did try a couple of roll out plays. Niether one of them worked. On one of them Romo should have just pulled the ball down and run with it, but he didnt.
bbgun, I get that Romo is your go-to blame guy but where do you stand on this coaching staff?

Ogletree fucks up his routes like Romo fucks up elimination games.
A LOT.
You're talking about that one retarded, slow developing rollout?
1 legitimate rollout. Yeah.
When your frien- when your family members make fun of romo do you get pissed or is it cathartic
