They lack the cap and draft picks to build around RGIII. For now anyway...

Actually, I think the Skins are in better cap shape as it stands right now.

Throw on the fact that they get RG3 for like 4-5 years at a bargain basement price while Dallas is probably gonna have to pay Romo 14M per year and they make up a hell of a lot of ground.
