I think we need to 1)Hire a Head Coach who is big enough to rip the team from Jerry's cold, old man clutches. 2) Go back to a 4-3 and have Ware rush the passer 100% of the time. 3) Fix the O Line for real this time. 4) Get a safety with a clue.
