I'm pretty sure that whatever gene codes for playmaking ability in the first 3Qs just isn't present in Eli.

However, the 4th Quarter clutch gene is definitely turned on.

Peyton has both and can win a game in any quarter, Eli just seems to suck for an eternity before finally getting the job done.

He literally looks like he's backing out of every throw and I have no clue how he can get any sort of velocity on the ball.
