Cowboy fans after we drafted Lee: He's not even gonna start! He got hurt last year! Gaaaawwww! Wasted pick!

I'm no homer gang, but let's at least see these kids in camp before we blast them as bums.

Im bitter, I admit that.

I saw the team take a step in the right direction last year with purging the roster of bad offensive lineman. They drafted Tyron Smith. I thought they were finally focused on building an offensive line that would protect the franchise QB.

Now this offseason shows that they're back to throwing shit at that unit and seeing what sticks.

How many players started for us from last year's draft?

I think right now we also realize that our defense was fucking terrible last year, hence first four picks going to that side of the ball. We got one of the 4 ELITE players in the draft, and helped our pass rush and DL. And Johnson may be boom or bust...what if he booms and we got a steal?

I agree, need to see these guys on the field. No sense in wigging out till you see them.

Going to love how Hostile spins the draft.

He made his "A Case For The Offensive Line" thread, pre-free agency where he said he wouldn't be happy unless we signed lineman. Nicks/Grubbs, etc.

Then that didn't happen, and he was all like "I loved free agency"

When called out on it, he was "Well, we still have the draft. We'll rebuild our line there! Go COWBOYS!!!"

Yeah, except we haven't.

Now, will he express displeasure in Jerry/Garrett/Dallas... or will he continue to be a sunshine pumper and condescending asshole to everyone who isn't happy with the draft?

Smith, Murray and 1 or 2 of the scrub lineman.

So 2 opening day starters and an injury fill in.

That's about all you can expect from a draft class, unless you're a rebuilding team or were hit hard by injuries in TC.

really thought we'd take an offensive lineman somewhere. idc about our guards because who gives a fuck and I think Callahan can coach up Livings and the Frenchman a la Kosier....but who is playing center?

It's apparent that Garrett wants character guy with high motors. He's drafting guys that will push players currently on the roster

Oh, I thought you meant legitimate starter.

My bad. Didn't know you were counting the leftovers after over half the line was cut.

Yeah, my point is that the draft class that Sheik is creaming his pants over only got 2 players onto their opening day roster.

Who is to say that some of our picks after Mo', won't eventually see starts this year? Or in the future?

The thing is once we made the Claiborne move we haven't had a chance for any decent linemen. Did what we could.

Again Callahan made it seem to me on the blitz that he wants Mack to win the safety position.

And Nate thinks costa would be a good guard.
