did the pass defense have statistically the worst season in franchise history or not?

I think its pretty obvious they had to make some serious upgrades on that side of the ball...despite all the other "issues" and "holes" everyone says the team had, they could have been 12-4 had the defense been able to close out games

Draft starters on the dl not projects , draft a safety who wasn't projected as a udfa, draft a OLB who isn't just situational.
