He wore 39 at Kansas City but he was a 5th round draft pick and probably had it assigned to him.

He wore 24 at Grand Valley State. (Tony Fiametta)

So Marshall Faulk thinks Miami made that trade to lure Manning. Manning has said he doesn't want to play with Marshall so Faulk thinks they are going to sign Reggie Wayne and then hope Manning follows.
