Detroit has nothing to be ashamed of. They showed up tonight, Saints are just better.

Agreed. They did their best to keep up, Saints were just too much. Just like I think they'll be for San Fran.

Saints are gonna neuter some more fools before this postseason is dunzoes. I don't think the Packers will beat them in a shootout if the weather holds up in the midwest. El nino to the rescue.

NO is a great example of a team that has overcome some injuries and a mediocre D with good coaching. Green Bay, Pitt, and NE are other examples. It's a shame that our coaching staff get crippled by deficiencies in the roster because they're stupid and inexperienced.

New Orleans has a ridiculous amount of talent on there team.

They are coached well, but don't act like they have some spare parts or something on either side of the ball...

Oh whatever. They've been able to plug in players despite injuries and continue functioning well. Some call that talented depth while others call that excellent coaching. Chris Ivory would not sniff a starting RB job in the league, but he looks great there in that system. We fell into some of our best players (Austin, Romo, Witten, Murray) by shear luck and hope. Garrett has been completely crippled whenever a skill position player or O-lineman has gone down. He can't make situational adjustments to save his life.

Theebs, have you checked to see who is starting on that Saint's Oline?

Their D is full of nobodies but a washed up Jonathan Vilma and perennialy injured Tracy Porter.

They still get it done.

What Saints team have you been watching? Their defense is dreadful. They dont "get it done"

Green Bay's defense is just as atrocious. Both those teams get where they are because of superb offensive systems and QB play thats off the charts.

The team with the best chance to beat NO is San Fran...the niners will beat new Orleans..I think this is a terrible matchup for the saints. I do think NO is better than GB, just a shame for them (IMO at least) that they have to go to SF

Uhhh. There's still like 2 whole quarters left and they can even score on this upcoming drive. You're talking like they're down by 28 right now.

Being down big is just a strip sack fumble and broken coverage away.

Its coming.

That Giants D got their shit together for sure. Ryan can't do a damn thing right now.

He hasn't thrown a ball more than 6 yards in the air...

This is why I wanted to beat ny so bad. Atlanta is not that good. They have all the skill in. The world and they look like this all the time.

They can't run and can't pass protect. I imagine Ryan is in for a miserable 2nd half.

Don't you think we would have gotten shitkicked at Lambeau though? I think the Giants match up better against GB. It's like that season when they knocked off NE. Their pass rush goes a long way in neutralizing those offensive juggernaut teams.

I was told Rob Ryan wants his own staff on defense so expect change at DB coach.

There is the busted play from the secondary.

Only thing missing to complete the day is the sack and fumble...

That is coming too.

Yes UVA, we would have got killed in gb.

Ny will not. I believe they will win.
