I know it's the default to blame Jerry, but you really cannot in this situation. He's given Garrett carte blanche.

The main reason Jerry gave Garrett the job was due to his comfort level with Garrett and not Garretts ability. That was my biggest fear with us winning several of those meaningless games the second half of last year. It just gave Jerry an excuse to hire his buddy and real change wouldn't happen. Guess what we got? Same ol same ol.
