I had to work today during the Cowboys game. Sucked, but saw some here and there. Well I was stuck at this one house as the 4th quarter was closing and the Skins were driving. I couldn't fix their problem but was waiting for a solution, but couldn't find a good place where the home owners couldn't get at me to ask me questions while I watched the game on my phone. So, I put out my ladder and climbed the telephone pole. Strapped in and just sat there, watching the Skins tie it up, miss a FG in overtime, and the Dan Bailey game winner. Got a look from a passing jogger as I fist pumped and said "fuck yeah Dan Bailey" up the pole.

Stats don't tell the whole story.

Specifically, how Romo has routinely crumbled in big situations/big games.

If you're all making this Romo vs Rivers, then you're missing the big picture.

I've already gone over in this thread how that's pretty much untrue. It's an urban legend perpetuated by the media.

At this point, there's a big enough sample size to show that the norms for these guys are both very good. Each one of them is going to have an outlier game here or there... that's what happens in this league. Trying to define one guy as definitively better than the other by pointing to outlier games (which may or may not be the case) is patently unfair.

The refs f'd that up. The play was completed, so it was a dead ball foul. It should have been ruled a comletion, then the Eagles decline NY's foul. Then the 15 yards marked off at the end of the completion.

Normally, I'd laugh my ass off at the Eagles getting jobbed like that. But I want them to win, so instead, I'm sitting here very angreh. And shaking my fist.
