Not really. They were in a zone. If Ball would've stayed on the out route, Rice would've been wide open in the end zone. If Jackson would've thrown a decent pass, you'd be bitching about how Ball let the Seahawks best WR wide open in the end zone then.

He stayed between the two guys until the ball was thrown, then broke on the pass. It was good coverage. You don't sacrifice the route going into the endzone to stay right on the route underneath.

Also, you need to reevaluate what you think "getting burnt" is, lol.
