I think Gruden is the only (available) Head Coach who could come in and save this team.

Nothing improves until we get a real GM though. We need someone who one, knows the game and two, will be accountable for his moves. A GM who answers to no one can take whatever risks (or not take any) he wants.

I don't know if this team could function without a GM that thinks Keith Brooking is a good backup option.
