I disagree. Choice has played well today and Bennett is always solid as a blocker for us.

Bennett is a solid blocker. Phillips is a solid blocker who catches everything thrown his way. I'm just tired of watching and waiting for him to realize his potential. He was epic his rookie year, now he's not even close to what he was year one.

Bennett may not have realised the potential that everyone has for him, but he occupies an important role on this team as the blocking TE and does his job well most weeks. Its even more important right now with our weak OL. If we didn't have Witten on this team i think you'd see him more involved in the passing game.

If Witten went down, even with Austin and Bryant at 100%, this offense would look a lot less explosive. Bennett is way too inconsistent to add anything in the passing game.

I still don't know if he dropped that second screen, or if it was tipped, but if not tipped, you have to catch that ball. it was more less a handoff.

He does block really well. The problem is, Tony continues to give him opportunities and he shits his pants more often than not.
