“I told Bobby that he is one of our three, actually, he is the fourth, but I treat him like that,” said Cunningham. “I think he is a really good player and I have a lot of confidence in him.

“I know he used to play for the Cowboys, so I am sure he will be ready to put in the best performance he can.”

Of course, an ex Cowboy wanting to play his best against us.

If he didn't suck so bad he'd still be a Cowboy.

Injury report: Bryant, Romo, Fiammetta questionable
September, 30, 2011 3:00 PM CT
By Tim MacMahon

IRVING, Texas – Three starters on the Cowboys’ offense are listed as questionable: quarterback Tony Romo (ribs), receiver Dez Bryant (thigh) and fullback Tony Fiammetta (hamstring).

It’d be a major surprise if Romo didn’t play. He said Thursday that he plans to wear a protective vest again and will probably take another pain-killing injection before Sunday’s game against the Lions.

The status of Bryant and Fiammetta is far more uncertain. Neither practiced the last two days.

Receiver Miles Austin (hamstring), guard Derrick Dockery (knee), kickoff specialist David Buehler (groin), cornerback Orlando Scandrick (ankle) and defensive end Jason Hatcher (calf) are all out Sunday

I'm thinking it's Cowboys 16 Lions 38.

They have Stafford, Suh, and Calvin = tripletts = dynasty = 1991 = shaving logo in side of head = bumpersticker = can't be beat.

About to leave my house for the stadium and I think the only way we win this game is if we play outstanding special teams and make all there drives start around the 15 or 20. They can talk all they want about Johnson, if they are backed up and forced to keep guys in to protect it's entirely different.

I am worried about best in the screen game and Tony shefler forcing bad match ups.

As good as suh, kvb and delmas are I think the redskins defense is better. I think we will be better on offense today.

John phillips could have a good day today....

I hope the crowd is ready, noon games here are usually hit or miss.

I'm not sure about starting Dez today. It's either him or Jerome Simpson, or Plaxico Burress for my fantasy team.

So, it looks like Costa is starting at center again today. Saw him warming up with Tony on ESPN.

Dez Bryant Scouting Report
By Matt McGuire

Strengths:
Above average height
Good muscle definition
Great hands
Will come back to the quarterback and present a window
Dominant on jump balls
Attacks ball at apex
Gets off line of scrimmage
Coordinated and can adjust to the ball
Knows how to set up a receiver and flip their hips
Athletic
Nice sideline awareness
Tough to tackle
Explosive punt returner
Good running vision
Decent amount of upside

Weaknesses:
Route running is still suspect
Rounds off digs and deep outs
Not very fast
Lacks deep speed
Could be more elusive
Doesn't always generate maximum YAC
Needs to eat up cushion more quickly in off man
Needs to work on reading coverages as he does not always identify the zone
A little sluggish coming out of breaks

Summary: Bryant is a talented receiver, but he doesn't seem to project as a No. 1 wideout at the next level. He has the skill set of a dominant No. 2 who can really help a quarterback in the red zone and on third down.

Player Comparison: Chad Ochocinco. Ochocinco and Bryant have very similar builds and great ball skills, but unfortunately lack above average speed.

He's a game time decision, Phil I was mainly talking about if he was playing today or not, but that's some good stuff on Dez, thanks.
