You know what else bothered me about the game, 12 damn penalties.

That's just ridiculous.

One more thing about last nights game . . .

I'm glad I'm no longer a sports better. I would have easily wagered $2500 on Dallas -3.5, and considered it a lock.

The temptation to bet that was driving me crazy all week (although I wouldn't have done that much now, I was thinking around 3-500). I'm glad I resisted.

If you've never gambled before . . . don't ever start.

I noticed that some (not all) people in other places online have said stuff like how David Buehler might have problems kicking field goals this year. I think David Buehler will be fine. I can't say for sure since I can't see into the future, but I think he will be fine. This was just one field goal kick that David Buehler missed and I know it was a short field goal. I don't think he is going to have problems making field goals just because I saw him miss one short field goal. Now maybe some people who have said Buehler might have problems this year are saying this because of other things and not just because of the missed field goal kick last night.

As for if we could have tied the game at 10 to 10 and went into overtime if Buehler had made that field goal kick in the first half. Well I understand why people say this. But how do we know for sure that game would have went the same way it did had Buehler made that field goal kick in the first half? Now we might very well could have tied it at 10 to 10 and went it ovetime, I am just saying that the way the game went could have be different if Buehler had made that kick last night.

He shanked a relatively gimme field goal, and his point after attempt looked ugly as well.

I'm not saying we need to cut the kid . . . but I am saying this is a major concern for our team.

Was anyone surprised to see the game plan last night? Was anyone surprised to see how bad the offensive line is?

I didn't read it myself, but apparently Jerry Jones was surprised by the offensive line.

Holy shit, that game plan was pathetic, the way the Cowboys offense played late in the game is the way the offense is built to play. Not choppy steps, huge chunks.

Pathetic that instead of finding a way to improve the line from Minnesota to Washington, they thought they were going to mask it. How funny is that? Yeah, go out there and throw bubble screens and a lot of short passes, that'll fool em. Make sure and get Barber a few sweeps, he's fast and stuff.

Don't forget Choice, you know he'd be starting on any other team, right? Get him the ball, especially in the wildcat formation.

________

Jesus Christ, why is Choice running the wildcat? Why isn't Felix, our homerun threat running that play?

I also liked the way we confused the shit out of the Redskins by flipping Ware and Spencer on that first drive, smartness. Wouldn't want to test the rookie from the first snap on, let him get his feet under him before we get Ware after his ass.

This team is not smart enough to confuse other teams.

Stop it, F'ers.

I had a good feeling about Houston.

Oh, and I blame our loss on sbk for taking the Skins. Fucker.

I'm not at all surprised we lost that game. We aren't half as good as we think we are, we were going on the road and we were playing against a better head coach.

Boldin/TJ H/Mason.

Nice weapons for Flacco, he's got Heap also. He'll probably still struggle to throw 20 TDs.

A spambot just registered with that name. I am tempted to let him in.

With Ray Rice in the backfield. Ed Dickson is the backup rookie TE and was the talk of camp. He runs like a WR.

Flacco's got no excuses this year. His team's loaded with weapons.

I find myself rooting against Rex Ryan.

I've always loved him and wanted him in Dallas instead of his fat imposter. Yet all this brash talk is turning me against him. I think he, and his team, needs a dose of humility.

Bears/Cowboys Chatter 9/19/10 ....

Lets see if they go into this game like the last one and scheme for no protection.

More Felix, please.
