Speaking of ES. I just took a gander and they're already talking about trading McNabb. The OP actually suggested that his trade value would be a 2nd and a 3rd, someone else disagreed and said that a 3rd is what they would fetch for him (lol fucking delusional), but he wouldn't take it.
And that's how stupid they are over there. ES actually stans for Extreme Stupidity. A 2nd and a 3rd or just a 3rd? For McNabb...? This is kind of how badly Shanahan has handled this situation. There is a perceived notion that McNabb was disrespected---now Midswat, before you jump down my throat, I said PERCEIVED, and the perception along with the lousy year McNabb had, may clearly diminish his trade value. In addition, if the Redskins keep McNabb, he's due $16 million. So it's pretty much a foregone conclusion that McNabb will be gone. But as typical, Redskins' fans overrate a player's value that they want to get rid of. They are stupid enough top believe that they can recuop their original picks that they gave up. In otherwords, they recognize that they were stupid and thereby assume that another team will be just as stupid to give away a 2nd and 3rd for an older and even lousier McNabb. They think that the Vikings will be interested, yet fail to realize that Childress is no longer there. Thetalk up here is for a QB and that Luck will more than likely be gone, and so that leaves either Mallett or Newton.
But it's just as bad on the Redskins' ESPN board. They are talking about getting a 4th for Haynesworth---a guy they suspended, and everyone knows will be cut, a 4th for Carlos Rogers---a lousy cover CB with stone hands, and a 2nd for Cooley.
