Roethlisberger could barely talk in the post game interview.

Ngata messed him up good.

I hate the f'n Steelers. This kind of win is like their trademark. All the minor details - breaking tackles, Roethlisberger avoiding a sack - go the Steelers way at the end. Of course, their defense makes the big play at the end.

I think he's lucky he's got that defense and run game. He never impresses me. Seems like a Trent Dilfer type bus driver QB than a franchise guy.

Same way I feel about Mark Sanchez. Same way I felt about Chad Pennington. Jake Delhomme also.

These guys that burst onto the scene with all the parts to succeed and as soon as shit starts to hit the fan around them. . . that's when you see what they are really made of.

You can put Bulger on that list too.

For the longest time I thought Romo was going to be a Bulger type flash in the pan. So far he seems to be getting better with age, gotta throw this year out imo, the team around him quit and it was evident with the way we started the year out that Garrett knew the line was shit and so did Romo. Romo never looked comfortable from the first pass play of the year and play calling seemed like it had been dialed back to safe.

Yeah, Joe Flacco-hype and Mark Sanchez is unwarranted, although I'd rank Sanchez higher than Flacco.

Both are below Matt Ryan, Sam Bradford and Matt Stafford (aside from health). I haven't watched Josh Freeman.

At his best (for an extended period, not just one game), I'd say Romo is a capable winning QB.

However, Romo is now quickly entering the tier of stat-topping QBs that were almost-great, but were just missing that 'it' to bring home the ring -- whether it was a better defense or better surrounding cast, they just always seemed to be a couple clutch plays away...Dan Fouts, Ken Anderson, Boomer Esiason, Warren Moon, Drew Bledsoe.

Sorry I wasn't around last night.

We are getting hammered with snow here, and I have been snow plowing non stop.

This is my first break in the last 24 hours, heading back out again here soon.
