Not saying it to anyone here in particular. But know in general, most Cowboys fans are forever homers waving "9-7, Wild Card here we come" and "Boys are Back" signs...ya know, like ones we already saw today.

No one's done that on this board so why are you harping about? Even if we go 9-7, that is not enough to get a WC. And so what. If people are homers, that's there choice. It's foolish to be all miserable over it.

You don't know me from before...I've never thought these guys were Super Bowl contenders. I thought we were a 9-7, no playoff team from the get-go.

Really? Then why are you like a menopausal banshee and spouting off crap like this?

Why wouldn't you be upset? You should be. This team was supposedly a Super Bowl contender. Many expected this team to win 10+ and now we're 'okay' with 7 wins?

If you truly thought that this team was a 9-7 non-playoff team, then why are you upset and telling me that I should be upset because this team "was SUPPOSED" to be a Super Bowl contender? And yes, I will be ok with 7 wins. You miss the point entirely. The goals have changed. The goal naturally is to finsih the SECOND HALF of the season better than the first half. The team is looking to next year. It is a time now of evaluating coaches and players.

You're all over the place. On onehand you consider the Cowboys going 9-7 as UNDERACHIEVING, and then you claim that you thought that they were a 9-7 team from the get go. Well they may fulfill your expectations. So why are you upset?

Essentially, I'm just saying that you're already seeing the media and fans get excited about beating the Giants and I'm sure beating the almighty Lions will fuel the fire...it means nothing for this season and little for next. No need to get hyped up over a couple wins.

I'm excited about it. I'm excited for Garrett of all people, being that I was and possibly still---but a little less, one of his harshest critics on this board.

I'm excited for guys like McCann.

I'm excited about guys like Sean Lee.

I'm excited about guys like Barber, Davis, Colombo, and Sensbaugh because I hope this year is the last we will see of them in a Cowboys' uniform.

What since does it make to be pissed over a win? Myself, and many others are looking to the future. That's why we are excited.

As for beating the almighty Lions, had Wade still been here, we would have lost to them. Or do you really think that had Wade been here, that we would have went to New York and beaten the Giants?

Just stating that the majority of people thought we were Super Bowl contenders.

So what. They were brought back down to Earth.

If we beat the Saints on Thursday, do we have your permission to get hyped over win #3?

You're miserable, and you're looking for company. Sorry, you're not going to find it in abundance here. Just because many of us are hyped over the two consecutive wins, doesn't make us homers, but if it does... so what.

I know Tom Brady has been a model for some clothing store, and I know he's dating or maybe married to a Super Model, etc . . . but I don't get it. The guy is just weird looking to me.

What is it that you do not get? It's called money and fame.

Really?

Agree to disagree then. I gave my thoughts and you gave yours. Have fun waving your towel on a 7-9 season.

I'm just waving my towel that I've been upgraded from 'bitch' to 'menopausal banshee'. That hurt.

After I get through waving the towel, you can use it to stuff your crotch and stop the bleeding (and hopefully the whining). Midol also helps.

Cool. Send the towel to me PM once you're done. NOTE: I prefer 100% cotton and not that microfiber stuff -- tends to dry the vajayjay.

Gameday Chatter - Cowboys/Saints - 11/25/10....

Happy Thanksgiving, bitches.

Cowboys 20
Saints 31

We keep it within one score and have a chance to take the lead late, but Kitna throws a critical interception and the Saints put the game out of reach with a late touchdown in the 4th.

New Orleans Saints release final injury report prior to Cowboys game

New Orleans Saints Coach Sean Payton released the team's final injury report Wednesday prior to the Thanksgiving Day game against the Cowboys, but cautioned the report in some cases was more a projection than a firm indicator because of the unusually short practice week.

Running back Reggie Bush, whose reappearance on the field since cracking his fibula against San Francisco in week two, was listed as limited and questionable for Thursday's game. Bush said he feels good but declined to make any predictions on whether he would play against the Cowboys. He felt ready to play against the Seahawks last Sunday, he said, and was scratched.

Listed as probable for the Dallas game were cornerback Patrick Robinson, offensive tackle Jermon Bushrod, defensive end Junior Galette, running back Chris Ivory, defensive tackle Sedrick Ellis, center Jonathan Goodwin, safety Usama Young and defensive tackle Anthony Hargrove.

The following players are questionable in addition to Bush: tight end Jeremy Shockey, safety Malcolm Jenkins, and safety Darren Sharper.

Running backs Pierre Thomas and Ladell Betts are out, but Payton declined speculation on whether their absence makes it more likely Bush will be in the lineup.

I'm disappointed that Sedrick Ellis will be returning. He's a good/underrated player for them.

We need to control the clock on these guys, and them missing players on the Dline would help with that.
