It's going to take more than one draft to really fix the offensive line. But it won't take more than one to field a team capable of winning it all next year.
We're 1-4. We've been in every game. We probably have out gained and won the TOP in every game. All 4 losses have been by a touchdown or less. This is with an offensive line I consider to be complete dogshat across the board and the single worst set of leaders in the NFL. Jerry and Wade.
If Jerry steps back and hires a real coach with full authority and we do a good job in FA and the draft, we can win next year.
The quality of play in the NFL is awful. You just have to be pretty good to contend deep in the postseason anymore.

Hey, if it makes you feel better to pretend the entire league is out to get the Cowboys, feel free. Me? I'd rather deal with reality and admit my team just isn't good enough.
I've never met a fan who hates his team like you do. You cut this team absolutely no slack. Have you not noticed the huge discrepency in penalties when we play every week for, I don't know, the past 2 or 3 years? Yes we are to blame for at least half of it, but if we don't play a perfect game you can expect flags to rain down.

This current squad with better coaching and direction wouldn't be 1-4, they would still have the obvious holes, but God Damn, these guys have no direction what so ever.
This team is getting penalized because they are getting beat and they aren't focused at all. Wade has no voice, even if he had the balls to teach these idiots something.
I'm enjoying this more than anything. I DGAS what that sounds like to anyone. This current talent should be knocking dicks in the dirt.

This team is loaded with a bunch of undisciplined players.
And I'm officially adding Free in the equation of getting rid of this starting offensive line.
We need a disciplined coach to change these guys and Jerry needs to stay the f back.

I'm not as down as most fans are.
I predicted a tough season. Not this bad, but I had them at 9-7 and taking a step back this year.
I don't think it's a several year rebuilding process. We can turn it right around and go further with some real change this offseason. Get the con man out and a real coach in. There's talent here and it's looking like we can add a blue chip talent in the draft to the mix.
This season is lost. Now if you're smart, you want it to get bad enough to humble Jerry. That's what we need right now. We need him at a complete loss for what's goin on. We need him to watch a couple of these division rivals competing to play in his house for the Super Bowl.
We want him desperate and ready to make some real change. Not thinking we can simply tinker with the status quo and fix things.
It's not unreasonable to think you can pick up a safety and a couple of decent offensive linemen in one offseason. Pair that up with a real coach commanding the locker room and a group of players embarrassed by last season and I think we're right back in the mix contending for a championship.

I'm just blowing steam at this moment, but yeah we need another safety and a complete overhaul on this offensive line.
And I don't care what anyone thinks, but I want Cowher in here. Or I want a guy like Harbaugh from Stanford.
