    Cowboys 2023 Offseason Thread

It could be the Jones boys are genuinely distraught over what they saw last night and just don't feel up to it, or perhaps it means something is going on. But both Jerry and Spawn canceled their regularly scheduled radio shows for today and tomorrow.

    2022 Cowboys

Well, the Cowboys left absolutely no doubt whatsoever yesterday. They're the biggest fraud team in the league and have no chance whatsoever to win in the postseason. The last 1/3+ of this season has been an abomination. They played terrible for 3 quarters vs the Colts, they played horrible vs...

Poll- Will McCarthy be fired if 1 and done

Depending on who you believe, Jerruh supposedly wanted to fire McCarthy after last January's debacle at home vs San Fran. Assuming another 1 and done (which seems highly likely IMO) do you think McCarthy is canned?

Will the Cowboys lose one of next three games

Should be a fairly easy stretch of games with the Colts and Texans at home and then at the Jaguars. We will be substantial favorites in all 3 games. Simple question- will we sweep these 3 games or will we slip up and lose 1 (or more) of the 3 before a really tough closing schedule. Bonus...

    Happy Birthday Troy!

Wish we had this guy in his prime now. One of best leaders in team history and unbelievable thrower of the football. He'd destroy the league today if he was in it. About a 16 min watch but great stuff.

    RIP Adam Zimmer

Son of Mike Zimmer, only 38 has passed away. No cause of death announced. Obviously I have no idea what it was, but EVERY WEEK we read of people passing away and "no cause of death" part of the announcement.

Poll question- will we make a trade by deadline

It's really a yes/no question along with adding your opinion on what position (or specific player) you'd want to target. I'd say throw out junk like "go get Josh Allen or Aaron Donald" because that stuff clearly isnt happening. That said, here's a list of potential names I've seen the NFL media...

    On this date in 1971

The stadium with the hole in the roof opened. Honestly I wished they still played there, it was a far better atmosphere than that fucking monstrosity in Arlington is.

    RIP Ernie Zampese

He was the OC here in 1995 when we won our last Super Bowl, in a not so indirect way he is also partly responsible for the other two. It was Zampese who highly recommended Norv Turner to Jimmy Johnson in 1991, Turner was an assistant on Zampese's offensive staff with the Rams. IIRC I think...
