Grading the Cowboys: You get an A! You get an A! Everyone gets an A!

I was glad to see Zeke get rest during the 4th quarter yesterday. As TE is suggesting, the absolute last thing the Cowboys need is for Zeke to get hurt or to hit the rookie wall before the team's postseason ends. It is fun to watch records fall, but not at the expense of jeopardizing post...

    Misc 2017 Draft Notes

Fred Ross, WR, Mississippi State ... He'd be an inspired choice to takeover TWill's spot. Part of Dak's success with the Cowboys has been attributed to similarities between the Mississippi State offense and Linehan's offense. So why not take a receiver who has the same thing going for him...

    2016 NFL Week #9: Dallas Cowboys (6-1) @ Cleveland Browns (0-8)

Dak doesn't look spectacular, but he can be spectacularly steady. A huge portion of his success is that he's got such a strong supporting cast, but he's holding up his end really well. Really like how he's keeping the turnovers to a minimum. What a rookie class!

Nothing wrong with seeing the team deliver a good old fashioned butt-whipping. Feels like it has been a while.

If they were to pull Zeke now, I'd have no trouble with it. Although he'd probably prefer to get 100 on the ground first.

The Browns are 0-8 for a reason. Those penalties really hurt 'em.

"Next Year's Champions" was the title of a book written by Steve Perkins, who was a local Dallas Cowboys beat writer for the Dallas Times Herald. That book covers the 1968 season. In both 1966 and 1967, the Cowboys narrowly lost the NFL Championship game to the Green Bay Packers. It was...

    2016 CFB Chatter....

Texas A&M was dominated by Mississippi State today. Should have lost by at least 28. MSU had a couple of redzone turnovers and the refs missed an obvious block to the back penalty on a long TD punt return by A&M. A&M couldn't stop the run. #4 fell hard.

Huh. I learned something during Garrett's press conference today. I hadn't realized that Garrett spent formative years in Cleveland. He attended Browns games ... and today spoke fondly of the 1980 Browns team, nicknamed the Kardiac Kids, who were quarterbacked by Brian Sipe. Just a funny...
