Good as any considering the ownership and culture...

I said decades ago Jerry should have just made himself coach to get it out of his system and let him sink or swim once and for all vs hiding behind his castrated coaches but he didnt have the balls to do it. At least in that scenario the buck would have stopped with the head coach and perhaps, and I know this is a longshot, he might realize why the chain of command and authority of that position is so important

Robert Saleh is being called back to Jacksonville for another interview, from what I read that appears to be happening later this week.

He also interviewed for the Raider HC job.

I don't know why anyone would want either job. The front office just sucks in every way with both clubs and has for decades.

I really don't see how the Eagles, Redskins and Giants can compete with this kind of move.

I'm sure they are all calling the league office right now to declare some sort of foul play by Jerry.
