He takes things too far to the extreme and is unelectable, but most of his overall premise is far more sane than that of the idiots on the left.
Which ones?Agreed.
I like his general premises.
Which ones?
Smaller government and spending less. Avoiding wars that don't directly threaten the US. His stance on border control, and not giving amnesty to illegal immigrants. Elimination of the income tax. Maintaining the 2nd amendment. Just off the top of my head.
And I also like how the masses avoid him. I think they're afraid that if people learn more about him and what he believes in, then he'll gain a following not unlike how the masses flocked to Obama a few years ago.
I was all, "Smaller government...yeah that's nice....avoiding wars...I can see that, that's rational....Elimination of the income tax....WAIT WHAT?!?!?!?!"Smaller government and spending less. I like Ron Paul as an idealist and what he brings to the conversation, but he is just a little to radical in how he wants to go about these things for me.

Dam dude.
You just lose all sense of reason when it comes to Obama, I will refrain from ever discussing the topic with you again.
What is there to reason about in regards to him? He's the worst President ever, by far. Its not even close. And thats quite an accomplishment when you consider how awful Jimmy Carter was.
The guy had no business winning the primary, let alone the election. He's a radical socialist, period.
What has he done that's so radical and socialistic?
Is it keeping 90% of the programs in place of the previous administration.?
Do you not know anything about this guys background and his "friends" or "associates"?
His views on the private sector business, capitalism, national security, healthcare, taxes, foreign relations are all bad IMO. And alot of them are because of his strong belief that European type socialism is the way to go.
I just dont share any of these views or beliefs.
