Schultz got cocky at the end of his contract w/Dallas, asking for all that $ & Dallas's FO knew it. He wasn't worth it then & sure isn't worth it now. He hasn't improved at all. Not even a top 10 as to where Ferguson is ranked #8 as per NFL.com.
