what would you guys rather have the cowboys do:

give up a 1st for earl thomas

give up a 2nd (at least) to move up for derwin james

not give up any picks and sign tyrann mathieu

not give up any picks and sign someone else (cheaper starting player like vacarro or something)

I wouldn't give up a 1st for Thomas, nor would I trade our 2nd as part of a deal to move up fro James (or Fitzpatrick). I would be happy to part with other picks to acquire one of those 3 though.

Mathieu is vastly overrated and has multiple knee injuries. Not interested unless he is cheap.

I wouldn't be opposed to Vaccaro, but he hasn't been very good vs the pass either.
