Seriously, if he'd hire a legit GM, I'd give him all the credit in the world. He thinks he needs to be a "GM" to validate his place in the league. He could sign a good GM, win a Super Bowl or two and be right there with Kraft as legit HOF type owners.

Quite honestly though, we're being lapped, because Al is dead, and the Bengals have done a better job of drafting than us.

I'll admit our last couple of drafts are better than what they have been in the past. Baby steps. It's just taking Jerry longer after 15 years of misery and 1 playoff win. His ego is in the way.
