Why Jerry Jones says Cowboys kicker's job is not in jeopardy

Two weeks and two missed field goal attempts by David Buehler, but it sounds as if he will get another week as the Cowboys' kicker.
"My intuition is to be real patient there," owner and general manager Jerry Jones said.
Buehler has missed from 34 and 44 yards in the first two weeks. The 44-yarder on Sunday was hooked badly when the Cowboys trailed, 20-17. He made kicks of 28 and 48 yards but that is moot. Last year the kicking game cost the Cowboys and through two games it has cost the Cowboys.
Why would Jones be patient?
"Because I want to," he said. "That's what my instincts tell me."
Matt Stover, John Carney, Kris Brown or any other kicker out there, it doesn't sound like you'll get a call from the Cowboys this week.
