Cowboys proved to me they are legit with the dismantling of two teams who, in recent years, had owned us (saints & seahawks).

Gonna have to say Dallas, although this feels like a potential trap game against a team with a solid coaching advantage.

I'm taking Dallas but this has the makings of a trap game. If we lose to the Giants after they got smoked by the Eagles, it almost negates the win against Seattle.

It wouldn't negate that Seahawks game, IMO. That was an impressive win.

There's no excuse to have a let down game against a divisional opponent though.

Beat me to the punch. But I can't figure out the Giants. Is it the new offense? Eli? They looked unstoppable against the Skins (although that's not saying much) and played well against the Falcons who I thought would be better this year.

Negate in a sense that it "evens" out with Philly after they beat the Giants, not that the game wasn't a solid win. Don't go full homer on me.

Need to just stomp these guys, impose our will on them. I think it is reasonable to believe Seattle will do us the favor of beating the rest of our division opponents this year, after their win vs. the Skins.... They are still scheduled to take on the Eagles and the Giants. Really need to sweep this division.

some bad voodoo this week for the Boys (Randle, Free, Tyron's ankle, etc.) Meanwhile, Gmen limp into town off a terrible loss and without their best WR and RB. Eagles sacked them eight times, whereas we have seven sacks total, so we're probably not gonna win this by harassing Eli.

Yep, plus even more than that, everyone for the first time all year telling them how great they are. No more underdog, everyone-hates-us chip on the shoulder.

And the Giants were looking very good the couple weeks before that Eagles game.

I bet it's a closer game than most think, but maybe we're good enough and they're beaten up enough that we win anyway.

With Victor Cruz and Rashard Jennings out, who on the Giants is going to torch us? Rookies Andre Williams or Odell Beckham who have done nothing so far? Not too scared of Ruben Randle.

I'm picking the Cowboys. So the Giants will probably win.

I remember a game in the late 90s when we beat the Packers without Aikman, Smith and Irvin. When there's a will ..

And I bet the Fudge Packers and their fans were saying something like this:
With such and such out, who on the Cowboys is going to torch us? Rookies who have done nothing so far? Not too scared of such and such.
People you don't have film or book on have a nasty tendency to torch you.

Beckham is pretty talented, if inexperienced. And I like Randle as a chain-mover and red-zone guy if nothing else. I'd be worried about that tight end, too. But no doubt losing Cruz will hurt.

Actually I think the Redskins is more of a trap game.

I know one thing, if the Cowboys think they will be facing the same Giants' team that got trounced 27-0, the Cowboys will be in a rude awakening. I think the Giants was looking past the Eagles and at the Cowboys. The Giants; season is on the brink here. You do not want to be two games down in the division to teams like the Cowboys and Eagles.

I like the Giants down on themselves and the Eagles confident.

I think the Giant players on defense are going to be pissed when we run it right down their throat and things aren't going their way. They count on turnovers, especially from Tony. Once they get pissed, I expect it to get chippy.

Cowboys win.

Thing is that Eli often has his best games against the Cowboys on the road. A win would really get their season right back on track. No team in the division gives me more pause than the Giants; Eagles do not concern me much. I've learned never to count them out. With that said... if the Cowboys beat them, I think they are pretty much finished.
