I am fired up to see this kid play..kid was a bonafide 1st rounder prior to getting hurt..if this kid is anywhere near as good as Lee (and it isnt a stretch to think he could be) then our LBs are going to be ridiculous.

I dont give a fuck who we cut..you think i give a shit about Holley or Buehler? I couldnt care less about the 53rd best player on this team..cut one of those douchebags and activate Carter already!

Fired Up for tomorrow night!!

I don't expect much for him right away, for obvious reasons. But I think with his athleticism and instincts, he'll be a solid contributor by December.

you are probably right..I, however, am going to go out on a limb and say he will play more snaps on defense than most people think...maybe not right away (sunday) but within the next few weeks he will work his way into the rotation.

His transition will be aided by Ryans creativity.

Carter was a 4-3 OLB, and he was drafted to be a 3-4 ILB, but Ryan is good at moving people around, finding out what they do best, and putting them in a position to succeed.

They should try and bring him along the same way they did with Lee. There's no rush here.
