With the outcome decided in last January's divisional round of the playoffs

With Minnesota way ahead late in last year's divisional round game, the Vikings threw a touchdown pass to tight end Visanthe Shiancoe with 1:55 to go to make the final 34-3.

Keith Brooking did not appreciate the move by the Vikings and confronted their sideline about what he perceived as a lack of class.

"I thought it was totally classless and disrespectful," Brooking said after the game. "This is the NFL, that's not what this is about. I don't think there's a place for that ... I was looking for Childress. I didn't think it was right."

He also knew of this year's regular-season meeting.

"They get to see us (next season) so you better believe I will have that one circled on the calendar," Brooking said. "I say we get paid to stop them, I don't care what's called, but there comes a time. I just think there wasn't much class involved in that decision."

With all that has happened with the Cowboys - and Vikings for that matter - the rematch has hardly been a ripple of talk this week. On Wednesday Wade Phillips was asked if he felt Minnesota ran it up.

"People can do what they want," Phillips said. "That's what they chose to do. It's not something I would've done."

But Phillips will not use it as a ploy this week.

"We've got plenty of motivation to win this ballgame," Phillips said. "I think we'll be motivated."

I'm not worried about them being motivated, it's the mental mistakes that worry me.

Hell, everyone looks motivated each and every Sunday, it doesn't mean they will win.
