Start it at the 1:45 mark. Pacman is on the outside of the fence on the sidewalk in the top left corner of the screen. He's got on a red tank top and a white hat.

Yeah, it looked to me that she poured her beer on him and he slugged her. Of course, that was after he said "Hey, what are your doing. Stop it!"
