I know it was renewed early this year by NBC along with The Office and Parks and Rec, but i think they're in the middle of running new episodes right now. Part of the new season was earlier this fall and i think they'll finish the rest of the season sometime in the spring.

I hadn't heard that but i would be very suprised if it were cancelled. Its one of their most popular new shows and has won several awards for the first two seasons. I think it got an 88 or 89 metacritic review for the second season, and with numbers for The Office on the decline, you'd think they'd want to keep one of their top new comedies around for the long haul.

You would think... But then again, you wouldn't think they would waste time and ratings having it come back while running their shitty shows (Whitney for example) in January. February is sweeps month. If it doesn't run in that month, there's something wrong. Wish I knew what it was.

Same here. If word starts getting around that its going to be cancelled, i think you will see alot of internet backlash against it. That's the route the HBO comedy "The Life and Times of Tim" went. They had cancelled it, saw the backlash and changed their mind and renewed it for a 3rd season, and Community has much better reviews and all, so im hoping public influence will lead them to keep it going. I agree though, they have some shit running right now. Can't imagine they are doing well at all in the ratings.
