Lets say Cox, Poe, DeCastro, and the other usual suspects are gone in the first 13 picks.

Trent Richardson is on the board. We have him rated a fairly significant amount higher than our next prospect. Yet the next prospect is at a position of greater need.

No one is calling to solicit a trade.

Do you take Richardson?

Yeah. Although a lot of teams are supposedly really high on him. So 14 is probably out of the question.

Before drafting DeMarco Murray and seeing what he turned into, I was all over Richardson. Best draftable RB since Adrian Peterson IMO.

I guess you can justify the pick since Felix is a pending Free Agent and Murray has a tough time staying healthy for extended periods.

You draft Richardson, and a team calls and offers you a fourth for Murray. You take it?

Without hesitation. I think Richardson will be the best player that comes out of this draft.

Nope I take Glenn or Barron, RB is the easiest position to fill and Garrett is not a guy who will load up on one guy so a back like Richardson would be wasted.

This team can't afford luxury picks and a RB is a luxury pick with Murray and Jones still on the team.

Not sure how youa rrived at this. He was injured once this eyar and it ended his season. And seeing how he was injured, that wouold have done any player in.

This is extremely hypothetical as there is no damn way Richardson gets to 14, but let's play.

No, I don't. Since the trade aspect is out of the way (and since you didn't include exactly who all would be on the board) I would go Barron or Konz.

If you had been more specific about who would have been there, I still would have said no and danced my way around such a crazy scenario.

Midswat, we aren't getting rid of Murray, no matter hard you try as facilitator on DCU.

Amen. I definitely would take Glenn. In fact, I would take Glenn over all the other prospects not named DeCastro.

Ok. What's different? He said that Murray has atough time staying healthy for extended period of time. There is not enough body of work from Murray in the NFL to arrive at that conclusion.

Looked to me like he was talking about Felix.
