That's the issue. We can't just keep patching things up. Garrett is a total failure in all aspects. The staff he assembled, game day management, even his "brilliant" offensive gameplanning. Now that Demarco is out, we'll surely go back to just passing the ball 90% of the time with no regard for balance. It's time to blow it up and let someone like Fisher come in with full say in the entire staff. I am not even sure who I'd keep.
And people need to stop acting like continuity is all important in the NFL. That's the biggest lie and BULLSHIT I've ever heard.
The Broncos and Niners are both doing just fine with new coaching staffs after no offseason. What's most important is not having mediocre coaches to begin with.
