David Moore / Reporter

Leadership seems to be a major topic when the conversation turns to Tony Romo.

Critics don't believe he's demonstrative enough. When players talk about how backup Jon Kitna is natural leader, some try to turn that into an indictment of Romo and his approach.

Both are leaders. Both have different styles. Both will tell you the key is to be yourself or the players will spot you as a fraud.

"I think talking to any coach, any player, anybody you've ever been around, you have to be yourself,'' Romo said. "To me, waving my arms so the camera sees you doesn't do anything for anybody.

"It's easy to do that and get credit from the media for yelling at a guy. But when you tell him when you're on the practice field...Going over and standing there and pointing my finger in his face while the camera is on you, that stuff seems like you're just doing it for the perception.

"We don't do that. We're here to win football games. The way to do that is to tell him and to get on him at the right times. I do that when you guys (media) don't see and watch.''

What else makes a strong leader?

"You win,'' Romo said. "You're a very good leader once you win."

"That's' what we're going to do.''

I thought he was a great leader after Cabo myself. And had a sweet peice of ass on his arm too. Always does.
