Todd McShay has compiled his latest NFL Mock Draft, and he still believes the Cowboys will select USC lineman Tyron Smith at No. 9. However, he leaves the door open for the Cowboys to trade out of the pick and move down -- possibly swapping spots with the St. Louis at No. 14 if the Rams want to make a move to get Alabama WR Julio Jones.
