I still don't see how anyone can claim that the only thing Trump is guilty of is stating his opinion. His opinion is the election was stolen and all this "he wanted the election overturned" crap is just that, crap. He only wanted them to delay certifying results until some investigation was done, and there was plenty of evidence to show some things were OBVIOUSLY not right.
It's obvious now, but once the country starts prosecuting people for stating opinions, our country is 100% done and the conversion to a total dictatorship is complete.
What I do not understand is how our justice system cannot see what is going on here. Trump involved in all these court cases at the same time, right before an election? Prosecutors cutting corners to ensure he is tried and convicted in liberal courts before the election, denying him due process?
The January 6 case is a joke. So if the Georgia case. Clearly Trump has biased prosecutors AND, more importantly, biased judges who should recuse themselves. Tanya Chutkan has no business hearing the Trump case on Jan 6 considering the prejudicial statements she made while sentencing other Jan 6 defendants. This is unacceptable in our system where people are supposed to get a fair trial. Our legal system is supposed to protect the innocent, not rush them into a prison cell because we don't like them. Not one case brought against Trump is back by evidence, facts, the law, or precedent. Look at the documents case. The National Archives testified on the record that almost every president has kept classified documents upon leaving office and yet only Trump is criminally prosecuted.
I could go through every one of his court cases and shred the case based on the evidence. Trump cannot get a fair trial. There are no untainted jurors who have been bombarded by the media for 7 years with negativity about Trump - including pronouncements of guilt by judges and high ranking officials. If this is not fixed by the Supreme Court, our system will be permanently damaged.
