This is a video of the lady (Ruby Freeman) in the surveillance video, if I'm not mistaken. Some on-line sleuths pointed out something very interesting at the end of her video....stand by.

can someone explain what I am supposed to be seeing/concluding here?
The very first ballot in the box that is placed in front of her has no return address:
A couple questions
Who is this lady and what is her job title?
Where does she work?
What offices are these supposed to be?
What are we supposed to be seeing or concluding after watching this video?
What are all of these ballots supposed to be? (Absentee, mail in, etc?)
Why are these ballots piled up in this office?
I dont find this suspicious, most people seem incapable of following instructions completely by being thorough in everything they do. I deal with people all the time in my construction and rental biz where I have to ask did you read the lease/plans/specifications? and the answer is overwhelmingly "no". I write everything down and make detailed plans and specs not because I think anyone will fully read and understand them but so I have proof I told them what the terms of the lease were or how something should be constructed when they do it wrong and try to blame me by saying I never told them about x, y or z.
This doesnt prove anything to me or really matter because if the ballot is designed correctly, there should be other controls to make sure the ballot is valid, not a duplicate, etc
where am I wrong?
Not disagreeing. But that should probably disqualify that ballot without a return address. But no ballot verification was done during the general election. That's the main issue.
cml, looks like this is the guy that made the accusation that the Tweets are based on. I'll leave it to you and others to judge if this guy is reliable or the information is accurate.
It depends on the state laws. If state law requires a return address any ballot that comes in without one is invalid and has to be discarded. I do not know if that is a Georgia requirement or not.I don't really see what writing the RA does to validate the ballot considering a person who stole the ballot could put the address there or make one up. I doubt anyone is cross referencing addresses on the envelope to registered voters and I'm not sure thats the best way to do it.
I'd be more interested in seeing a ballot with a bar code that was assigned to a pre-registered voter that requested the ballot so when the ballot is scanned, that person can only vote once.

She's the lady in the surveillance video from Fulton County. She was recorded a couple of times and I believe her daughter was the one the swiped the USB card. The take away is that the very first mail in ballot in the box has no return address and should have been disqualified. As for the boxes piled up, this out new norm in how we calculate and tabulate mail in ballots. A system ripe for fraud. Welcome to the new norm.......

I just read thru the 12 pages from the Georgia official website regarding voting by mail/absentee
No where on the complete instruction manual for mail in/absentee voting does it say that a return address is required on the return envelope or mandatory in any way, or that it will disqualify a ballot if it is not included on the envelope. It does however state that a ballot would be invalidated “if” it was returned unsigned.
Thanks for the detective work and the info.I just checked
It’s not required, nor is it listed as something that would disqualify a ballot if it does not have one
