Off topic, but I find this interesting...

Alex Jones is going through a custody jury trial down in Austin, and it's your basic shitshow custody trial. His lawyers have put forth the theory that the jury/judge should disregard what he says and does on his videos and on Infowars, because "he's a performance artist... playing a character."

Unfortunately it appears the mother of the children is just as unhinged. She's had limited access to the children recently because of it.

I wouldn't pretend I can decide anything from just reading a few articles. What I'm saying is, if I were on the jury and heard all of the evidence, I think I would know what's best for the kids.

If a juror doesn't know something, then it's either because they shouldn't know that for some specific reason, or because the attorney didn't think you should know it.

Sure we can, and do. Jurors decide when asked then worry if they were right, later. But they all know even if it's just deep down, they don't really KNOW. And I'm talking specifically in the stated arena of, "what's best for the kids."
