Dez, where ya been all my life?

I'm literally at a loss for words on how good this guy is. He catches everything. And he's probably the hardest guy to tackle in the open field.

Red, rewrite your playbook around this guy. He will win you this job if you do.

It's so hard to compare players from different eras, but I've never seen a player like him. Calvin Johnson and Nicks are close, but this guy takes the cake.

I'd like to hear that he's showing up on time and working hard to get to the point where there is no question about his spot on the depth chart. He needs to be on the field every drive.

The return ability is just the cherry on top. All around beast.
