According to Romo, they were both at fault because Robinson didn't continue through the route. It seemed to me that the defender knocked Robinson off the route, and Romo still delivered the pass where Houston snuck under the route and intercepted it. JMO.

He had a good game. he is long and really has soft hands.
He does a good job of going and getting the ball, with austin, witten and bryant healthy with robinson we are going to have four seriously talented pass catchers.
he did such a good job of catching the short stuff early that we were actually able to run a play action and throw the deep ball, we have struggled with that.
he made one mistake and that was the int. he said in the postgame he tried to give an outside fake and that is why he was late getting inside and that houston didnt buy the fake at all. Not going to get on him for it. he was too good the rest of the game.
I was wrong about him not overtaking ogletree, he stepped right in and replaced him easily it seems.

we had success with that play last week and this week though, it wasnt a bad read, just a bad result. Same with the witten pick, good read, late throw bad result.
the carpenter pick makes no sense and is just amazing that it even happened.
I think romo didn't respect carpenters.ability to drop in coverage. Teams drop that lb to stop that comeback all the time but the lb generally isn't athletic enough to get there. Carpenter barely made it and made a finger tip grab with full extension. Hats off to the man for making a sick play.
