Rumor: Cowboys targeting CBs in draft/move up for Peterson....

Saw this blurb in my news feed this evening.

- Sources have told us that Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys are targeting two underclassmen cornerbacks in this draft; Brandon Harris of Miami and Patrick Peterson from LSU. Different sources have told us if the draft were held today the Cowboys would look to move up and grab Peterson, while Harris is a second choice they’d be happy with.

So sounds like they're going to either move up or down in the 1st, because Harris is a late 1st round candidate.

I don't know if it's a smoke screen or not, but this is way premature. The Senior Bowl and the Scouting Combine are still left to take place and a lot can change from now until after then.

So I'm not putting much stock into it.
