According to DallasCowboys.com columnist Mickey Spagnola, the team is set to begin practice at the Alamodome on July 27.

Michael Flores, who's a booking service manager for the Alamodome, confirmed to the San Antonio News-Express via email that the team informed the Alamodome it tentatively has plans to hold a pep rally/concert to kick off training camp on Tuesday, July 26 and begin practicing the following day.

However, with the NFL still locked out as the owners and NFL Players' Association continue to negotiate, the dates are strictly tentative.

I'm just tiring of all the dog and pony shows.

Its for the fans, I see nothing wrong at all with pep rally type events, especially since there will be alot of excitement over the team and the end of the lockout.

Jimmy had the team have a huge one in 1992 the week of the NFC Championship game.

"tentative".

Jerry's broke. He can't afford to reneg on that Alamodome rental payment and get charged the 30% reservation fee with nothing to show for it. This tips me off that a resolution is coming.

How do you know he's broke?

I really hope they go to camp and a month from today I am getting ready to go to the stadium.

Once we get to camp time it is going to be awful if there is no football.
