I dont think we started all that "strong" this year. We won some close games but other than games vs the Rams, Bills, Seahawks and Bucs didnt dominate anyone. We also had too many injuries and some bad luck.

There needs to be a lot of changes including the coaching staff. They should be held accountable as well.

The biggest change we need we know won't happen, and that's hire a real GM. It starts there. So expect the same outcome next year.
