Rams agreed to terms with CB Cortland Finnegan on a five-year, $50 million contract.
The Redskins, Cowboys, Bucs, Bears, Lions and Cowboys all liked Finnegan, but the Rams had an inside track with former Titans coach Jeff Fisher now in charge. Coming off a borderline Pro Bowl season, Finnegan fills a major need as the Rams' top corner. At age 28, he should have at least 2-3 years of above-average play remaining.
